About us After a number of years as a serious amateur, John Mc Connell established JMAC Photography in Ardara in 2005 after.JMAC pride ourself on top quality and a quick response to your requirements. Our website is updated regularly with local events that are covered in County Donegal and beyond. All photographs on the site can be purchased either by Credit Card or by Cash/Cheque and will be posted within ten days of receipt of order. If your photograph appears on this site and you would like to have it removed, just contact us and we will oblige immediately. Press & PR
Covering many events in South Donegal. JMAC are a regular freelance contributor to the local press and also a number of National dailies. We can provide specific PR work or can cover your event to ensure it gains as much publicity as is possible. Photos from the events are then uploaded onto this site (see albums) where regular links are provided to those in the area.Photos from your event can be viewed free of charge on a regular basis or in a private album for your own family viewing.
Weddings JMAC Photography pride itself on offering "Relaxed Wedding Solutions" to any bride and grooms to be. We can provide 2 photographers for your special day to make sure all the important angles are caught on the day. Some examples from our growing wedding portfolio can be seen on our wedding gallery. We can give you a variety of options that will suit your price range. We will provide a CD of the day's photos with a copyright release, or whatever album you may require, including the latest in Storybook albums.We will upload your proofs on our website and give you a private album where you and your family can view them anytime. Portraits If you would like a portrait taken, We can visit your home with our mobile studio or arrange an appointment for a suitable for a relaxed photo shoot in our new studio at Edergole, Ardara. We will upload them onto our website in a private album for you to view in your own time. We have various pricing options to purchase prints, canvas images or novelty items.Gift Vouchers are also a speciality. We work in tandem with Cedargate Framing (www.cedargateframing.com) to provide you with a top class framing service for the photos of your choice
Community, Family and Social events. If you are running an event locally and you would like a proper photo record taken, we can provide it for you, with a number of different price options. If you are organising a birthday party or a christening, having a child at First Communions or Confirmations. we will provide you with top quality prints to remember the occasion by. We are also producing top class 'Photobook' digital albums which are a super way of remembering your special event in album form.
We also specialise in Photo Montages, which are a beautiful gift for that special occasion. You can supply your own photos on a CD or in print form and we will do the rest. Montages come in print only, on canvas or mounted and framed.
Photobooks
Our latest exciting addition is the Digital Photobook. Replacing the traditional album with photos insterted in each page, we use our experience in wedding storybook album design to produce photobooks of a very high standard. A great way of remembering that special party or family occasion, or a fabulous present for someone of photos taken during their lifetime. We can cover your event and provide the album, or you can gather photos from your old albums and we will do the rest.
